This policy explains which personal data LM Performance Parts (luxurymotors.store) collects, why, and what your rights are.

1. Who is responsible

Your data is processed by Luxury Motors Automotive (LMA), Rue Houtaine, Rés. Assalam N°10, 90060 Tangier, Morocco, the company behind luxurymotors.ma. Contact: info@luxurymotors.ma.

2. Data we collect

  • Identity and contact: name, email address, phone number, billing and delivery address.
  • Business accounts: company name, ICE number, sector of activity and company address.
  • Vehicle: brand, model, year and VIN, when you give them at checkout.
  • Orders: products ordered, prices, order history and payment information (payments are arranged directly with our team).
  • Messages: product enquiries and the messages you send us.
  • Website use: technical data such as IP address, browser and pages visited (see cookies below).

3. Why we use it

  • To manage your account and, for business accounts, to review your company details.
  • To answer product enquiries and check compatibility with your vehicle.
  • To confirm and process orders, prepare quotes and proforma invoices, deliver products and handle complaints and warranty.
  • To keep our accounts and meet legal obligations.
  • To protect the website against spam and fraud.
  • To understand how the website is used and improve it.

4. Who receives your data

We share your data only when needed, with:

  • our suppliers and manufacturers, for orders and warranty;
  • transport companies, for delivery;
  • our IT service providers: website hosting, email delivery, accounting software (Zoho Books, used for quotes and invoices) and Google (spam protection and website statistics).

We never sell your data.

5. Cookies

  • Necessary cookies: keep you logged in, remember your cart and secure forms. The website cannot work without them.
  • Statistics: Google Analytics helps us understand how visitors use the website.
  • Spam protection: Google reCAPTCHA checks that forms are sent by people, not bots.

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the website may then not work correctly.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your data only as long as needed for the purposes above: account data while your account is active, order and invoice data for the period required by law, and enquiries for as long as needed to answer them and follow up.

7. Security

We take technical and organisational measures to protect your data. It is stored on secure servers and only authorised staff can access it.

8. Your rights

Under Moroccan law 09-08 on the protection of personal data, you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, and object to its use for legitimate reasons. Send your request to info@luxurymotors.ma; we answer within 14 days. You can also contact the CNDP (Commission Nationale de contrôle de la protection des Données à caractère Personnel).
