Akrapovič Evolution Line (Titanium) – AUDI RS 7 SPORTBACK (C8) – OPF/GPF

Manufactured from lightweight high-grade titanium, the Evolution Line exhaust system features a unique layout with one central and two side titanium mufflers, a titanium collector, larger-diameter stainless steel link pipes, and insulated custom flex tubes. Each side muffler includes a valve to control gas flow and enhance the sound, while a cast active X-connection with an additional valve balances exhaust pulses between both engine banks. The system is finished with distinctive carbon fibre/titanium tailpipes, combining handmade dynamic carbon fibre sleeves with sandblasted coated titanium inners for a bold, sporty look.

Acoustically tuned for a deep low-end rumble, strong mid-range, and sharp high-frequency top end inspired by Akrapovič racing heritage, the system also delivers aggressive downshift crackles without unwanted drone during normal driving. Tested on an Audi RS 6 Avant Performance (C8), it achieved gains of 15.7 hp and 17.9 Nm at 6150 rpm, while reducing weight by over 20% compared to the stock Audi Sport exhaust.

The ECE-compliant system can be further upgraded with the optional Downpipe / Link Pipe Set (SS), Akrapovič Sound Kit for valve control, and a handmade matte or gloss carbon fibre diffuser. The Link Pipe Set L-AU/SS/8/1 is required with the Evolution Line (Titanium) S-AU/T/1H due to packaging requirements. If combined with the Downpipe / Link Pipe Set (SS), the extra link pipe set is unnecessary, but ECE approval becomes invalid and ECU remapping is required. Installing the Akrapovič Sound Kit also voids ECE approval.
